Consultation
This appointment is a private consultation with one of our practitioners, who will assess your spine and joints. They will take a case history, and assess your posture through active and passive range of motion. They will conduct special diagnostic tests where necessary to help identify your underlying issues. Alongside the examination, a muscle scan may be conducted to understand the condition of your neck and back posture muscles.
Where appropriate, Posture Analysis and X-Rays of your spine may be conducted to further evaluate your posture and spine health.
1st Treatment
Following your consultation, If appropriate, you will receive your first treatment. This will allow the practitioner to see how your body responds to this intervention by giving you pain relief, better mobility and better posture.

Report Of Findings
The most important visit. Your practitioner will give you your results from any diagnostic scans and advise how to correct your posture using your posture analysis and evidence based, posture correction exercises. It is from this visit that you will truly understand the cause of your symptoms, how your body is functioning and what you can do to improve it. It’s time YOU take control of YOUR Health.
2nd Treatment
Your practitioner will give you your 2nd treatment using the posture correction model and your posture pattern. At this stage, you will have a much better idea of what to expect and whether this right for you. If your goal/s have been achieved, great! If you would like to continue with your posture correction, your practitioner will discuss with you their recommendations and what may be the appropriate plan of action for you. Any treatment recommendation is of the evidence based, posture correction model.
