Consultation

This appointment is a private consultation with one of our Practitioners, who will assess your spine and joints. They will take a case history, assess your spine and joints through active and passive range of motion and do special diagnostic tests to help identify your underlying issues. Alongside the examination, a muscle scan may be conducted to understand the condition of your neck and back muscles.

Where appropriate, Posture Analysis and X-Rays of your spine may be conducted to further evaluate your spinal health.

1st Treatment

Following your consultation, If appropriate, you will receive your first treatment. This will allow the Practitioner to see how your body responds to this intervention by giving you pain relief, better mobility and better posture.

Report Of Findings

The most important visit. Your Practitioner will give you your results from any diagnostic scans and educate you about your spine and health using your posture analysis and evidence based research. It is from this visit that you will truly understand the cause of your symptoms, how your body is functioning and what you can do to improve it. It’s time YOU take control of YOUR Health.

2nd Treatment

Your practitioner will give you your 2nd treatment. At this stage, you will have a much better idea of what to expect and whether this right for you. If your goal/s have been achieved, great! If you would like to continue correcting your posture and improving your spinal health with us, you can discuss with your practitioner their recommendations and what may be the appropriate plan of action for you. Any treatment recommendation they give are based of a research based model of care.

From my first visit in Aug 2020, when I was in constant low level pain with numb feet following spinal surgery 3 years previously and 6 months of working from home at a screen, Andrew has been remarkable. He put me at ease instantly, and his level of knowledge and expertise meant I had no reservation about signing up to the adjustment/correction package. He has been fully invested in my treatment, ensuring I wanted to put the work in in between sessions to get maximum results. Sticking to the plan with traction, exercises and regular corrections over 17 months, my spine is stronger and more stable than it has ever been, achieving near perfect vertical alignment and my pelvis has equally improved horizontally. I can walk taller, further and longer. Andrew is exceptional in his approach and I’ll be forever grateful. Service is brilliant, always very helpful and come away from every session feeling a lot better than when I'd come in. Due to the excellent treatment from Andrew, there have been noticeable improvements in my movement!
