What Is It?
The BackAid is a portable tool to mobilise the tailbone and pelvis into a position, either forward or backward bearing, based on how you feel. Either position you choose will provide a therapeutic effect.
The Forward Tilt
This position on the backaid (shown above) will unload pressure off the spinal discs and assist in the lengthening of muscles from the spine into the hips.
The Backward Tilt
This position on the backaid (shown above) will unload weight off the joints at the base of the lower spine and pelvis. It will assist the hips and back into a relaxed position.
